Question on tobi

Ok so since kishi has decided not to give us any new manga this week I was reading some old manga where tobi went to retrieve the rinnegan frrom konan.I have one question which I would like someone to clarify for me.
Now we all know the mangyekou sharingan divides the users powers between the two eyes one eye for genjutsu the other one for ninjustu(which is why kakashi dosent have tsukuyomi). My point is if tobi uses the right eye for warping things which is ninjutsu how did he put konan under genjutsu? Does it mean he used a regular genjutsu on konan? And if it was just a regular genjutsu is so powerful makes you wonder how his mangyekou sharinagn genjutsu is?

I think heis teleporting is an ms skill cause the eye is the first thing you see when he appears and the last thing when he dissapears

Ahh yeh I see. It was probably just a 3 tomoe genjutsu then, or the S/T Migration isn't a MS tech. There is so much unclear things about Tobi's Sharingan/genjutsu abilities (like how he was able to control Yagura), I guess all will be revealed soon.

Yeh he probably does have a MS, but I don't think his S/T Migration is a MS technique. He probably has some sort of genjutsu similar to Shisui's. (I think the Mizukage hinted at it).

somehow tobi's regular sharingan eye can do space-time. Maybe he just copied it with the sharingan from say, the second hokage, and improved on it?

From the Uchiha Massacre? Maybe it was HIS plan to destroy the Uchiha to obtain all those Sharningan to help him complete his Moon's Eye Plan. He could have put one of the Elders or whoever was in charge of that attack in a genjutsu..

Do you think tobi could have a third eye which is maybe why he had a bandage wrapped around his forehead which we saw after he broke his mask against konan
