minato has s/t jutsu which he can spam to obtain intel on pain and even pain will have a tough time to figure out the secrets of ftg(provided its not secret.. )

really ? last time i check the 4th raikage manage to figure out minato FTG trick by seeing minato dodge his attack and move to his kunai, its not really that hard since FTG kunai stand out to much

also not true.... when pain stabed naruto he gave a nice clear message of wats going on... just like when he stabed jiraiya... it took a couple stabs but naruto got the message fine

Without the dead pain Naruto wouldn't know that the metal rod are charkra transmitter
Without the rain shinobi Naruto wouldn't know that the pain are corpses n pain can resurrect corpses

He got speed/rasengen/no fox charkra/summoning/maybe no sage mode

Pain has summoning/ninjutsu absorbance/immortality/gravity pull/ +2 other pains ability/ rinnegan

all of those abilities dont add up to anything with the speed that the battle would most likely take place... and its not immortatiliy he needs to use one path to revive which if all paths are downed in short period of time who is going to revive them

I'd give this to Minato though. Hiraishin no Jutsu doesn't just give him an advantage in terms of speed and tons of possibilities to escape Pain's attacks, it also disables his strongest technique, Chibaku Tensei.

using kunai is not the necessity for ftg.. he can place such seals on the target or on any other random object

but in most scenes we see minato use ftg... he doesnt only leave one place to go to... so its not as easy as raikage tried to make it seem.... and when he tried to counter did he get minato?... i dont believe so... minato went after bee and bee showed everyone the real weakness of ftg... for the most part minato tries to attack from behind so if bee was willing to take a hit he could of dealt one too

I know only one pain can resurrect but there are 5 others pain out there even with speed if that pain can keep resurrecting Ummmm speed will get slow overtime

With no intel pain is just loaded with abilities, if Minato can use genjetsu maybe he can stand chance but I doubt it since every student of jiraiya weakness is genjetsu on the offense/defense side

i dissagree... pains eyes still have to realize that he is being attack and then counter... jiraiya used speed so he is easier to track... minato uses teleportation which isnt going to be tracked at all... so blind spots do exsist... if all six of them are facing minato and minato teleport behind them none of them are looking behind them and the one he picks is screwed and dead...
