Minato....
He'd seal majority of Oro's jutsu without killing himself ofcourse....engage in taijutsu, placing his FTG seals on different parts of Oro's body.

The only gripe about this fight is Oro's uncanny ability to bring that damn sword out his mouth without warning....If Minato isn't careful...that'll probably bite the dust for him....

You got it backward Orochimaru has the advantage and is stronger overall, the only reason i'm giving this to minato is because of the sealing techniques kushina teached him. Overall most likely minato can bring no harm at all not unless you has a genjutsu up his sleeve to the level of a uchiha, Ninjutsu is a no good he couldn't even finish the rasengan so yeah.

The Rasengan was already finished to the point where it was....it was just EXTREMELY difficult to add the nature affinity to it...how would a Rasengan look with a Earth or Lightning affinity?? very weird and ugly...:shrug:........just sayin.........

If he wants to use edo tensei then so be it because with the contract seal Orochimaru's going to end up fighting 3 kage level shinobi at once.

Also Anko was Orochimaru's student so there's a possibility that she knew about edo tensei.

Well it depends using edo tensei is sort of a big risk against minato if he uses the contract seal then the summon no long has to fellow orders from the summoner.

That was the only person able to stand up against Oro, and te 3rd didn't know about half of his abilities such as; regeneration, Edo and his true form.

Anko was his student so she most likely knew most of his abilities and she still thought he could possibly defeat him.

Like I said earlier edo tensei is useless because Minato can use a contract seal. Edo tensei is a summoning jutsu so the contract seal should work, which would release the 1st and 2nd from Orochimaru's control and they would decide to fight with Minato.
