It shouldn't just be the mod's and the guys that have been here since april. it should probably include everyone, and like people would put forward information, then the entire NB as a whole vote for what they think this should be like.

How do we know if we are infracted! or like on blk list?!

they just randomly post on a thread which has been dead for a week saying that you are on the black list then closing the thread, and visitor messaging you, and if you get infracted they PM you, giving you a notice about your infraction.
