1. Can i use Medical Jutsu?

2. Do i get the Slug by default?

That doesn't show restrictions on her just cell regeneration

you get her cell rebirth technique (I believe), and probably the slugs. however, you do not get med-tech's auto; otherwise there would be a swarm of Tsunade bio's larger than the Uchiha. xd
