Minato is arguably the strongest shinobi yet died too early

Therer has been loads of strong ninja's who do not have the sharigan.
3rd and 4th raikage. The sannins. Most of akatsuki.

Itachi has shown feats which hints that even without his dna he would be stronger than those ive mentioned above.

Indeed if he lived on, Minato would have been truly a sight for sore eyes , not only would he have completed rasengan and developed many new jutsu, but if naruto wasn' born that night, he would be sealing kyuubi inside of himself, or atleast the very same thing what he did , half inside himself half in naruto, So much potentiall

Great potential indeed. I don't think he can hold the Kyubi, they needed special chakra Kushina for that, probably why he gave Naruto only half.

Now if he wasnt born with the sharigan, his fighting style would be different. He cannot use something he doesnt have.

His, genjutsu, taijutsu, handseal speed, speed and intelligence are not from his sharigan. Before you say genjutsu, genjutsu requires high intelligence and chakra control, itachi still has this and has shown to be able to use genjutsu without his eyes.

and fire techs, reminds me of Asuma. Kishi showed us their techs and Minato can beat Itachi.
