Dude jaraiya sealed it, I doubt he can do it mid-battle let alone while being burnt so your argument fails there seeing as how amateratsu is instant.

Oro doesn't regenerate constantly only using that snake rebirth jutsu and he can't use it forever hence he runs out of chakra

Tsunade will heal until her chakra runs out seeing as amateratsu doesn't fade away till its target is completely gone or sasuke puts it out.

no dumbass he didn't ever use tsukuyomi on ANYONE. bee would not have been able to beak free even with his bijuu. danzo definately would not have been able to break free. and no DANZO didn't compare tsukuyomi's, he compared genjutsu prowess, he said "your genjutsu is nothing compared to itachi's tsukuyomi in which he could freely control time and space" or something like that at least. either way tsukuyomi lets the user control the time lapse of the illusion(i.e. kakashi trapped on a cross being repeatedly stabbed for 3 days) which sasuke could not do because sasuke only has regular genjutsu. his left eye is amaterasu and his right is blaze release he has no special genjutsu he's just good with regular genjutsu
