So i read the latest chapter where it was revealed tailed beasts have names.

coincidentally, the 4-tails is a giant ape named Son Goku.

I think he might have paid some royalty for the use of the name/image. I dont see family members of akira toriyama taking this silently!

I think he got Toriyama's blessings with this manga and i'm pretty sure Toriyama has been trying to move away from the DB franchise for decades now lol. its only fans of both who see this as a problem, when in reality it just brought a bigger fanbase over to naruto (marketing plan lol)
