Who do you want Tobi to be?

I don't need theories as to who he actually is. I am much more interested as to who people want him to be. It doesn't even need to be logical or require an explaination on how it is possible.

Just tell me who you want Tobi to be and why. To stump everyone? To make for a great story? To make for a huge twist? or maybe just to cause a huge upset.

For example, I know it isn't possible (for so many reasons) but I would love it to have been Minato. It would be a massive twist that would stump everyone, Naruto would have to defeat his own father and there would be a secret plot to uncover like how itachi switched from being know as evil to good in a single chapter.

You never know, everything that seems impossible can end up being possible with a well thought out plan for a twist. To be honest, Tobi should end up being who is best for the story not what makes most sense currently.

Also, I never said can't be. You just don't need a logical explanation as to how it is possible. More often than not people end up stumped when the twists occur and things they didn't expect in their wildest happen.

no not at all... ( naruto is the young one and tobi is the old naruto... to minimize confusion) the set u would be this... Naruto attacks tobi and tobi nearly kills him but lets him live due to the fact Naruto has to live and then everyone of the kages join the battlefield along with sakura and they are all attacking him ( exept for sakura who is healing naruto) and they end up braking tobi's mask and then he tells his story and then naruto goes and fights tobi one on one and then wins due to the kages weakening him

I mean that if tobi were future naruto it would mean that past naruto failed so he would have to give up since he would then know he already failed which is why future naruto is trying to change the past. Unless you want to get into alternate timelines
