Chibaku Tensei can hold Kurama, indeed, but in that case Nagato can't come near him. Even if he could, Kyuubi will crush him with two fingers, or simply scream. Hell kyubi doesnt even need to be caught in C/T. He could just have his summons distract kyubi, summon Gedo and rip his soul out.
