Background Information
History: Neya was born 2 years after the Great Ninja war, His parents were fighting in the war at the time, His father as a noble Shinobi & His mother as a Genjutsu / Medical Ninja, After losing many loved ones they decided to find refuge in a small town in Kumogakure, 2 years later they had a child called Neya, He was a quiet little one, And never got in harms way, They made him a Doll named Kibou (Hope), He Loved the doll and took it with him everywhere he went, Then one unfaithful night while the parents were putting there child to bed there was an attack, They were ruthless, and killed both of his parents and ripped his doll in pieces and left the boy there, to suffer and die.
The boy lost all feelings and grew the need to avenge his parents' death, by doing so he left Kumogakure and started a new in the town Konohagakure, He met a 16 year old, Called Naruto, who saw his plead and did everything in his power to help this little boy, He took him to Lady Tsunade and with her permission was allowed to join Konohagakure starting as an Genin,
Still in mind the thought of his parents death, Rebuilt the Doll and stitched a heart right on its heart, Engraved in the heart was: "To the greatest Shinobi, i know i love you..."
