If Sanji goes all out I don't think Franky, Robin, Nami, Usopp, Chopper and Brook have any chance. Luffy's rubber and speed will cause difficulties and Zoro always is a guarantee for a good all out fight.

Another thing post timeskip Sanji can one shot a pacifista. That same pacifista wiped out the crew pre time skip.

So let's not be too hasty with the "strawhats easily" I say Sanji has a shot in beating them all.

We all know what TheLeader means by can Sanji beat the rest. In terms of power Nami and Robin have nothing on Sanji (especially pre timeskip)

do u think Sanji can pwn alot of people coming at him at once though? unless the strawhat crew make a mistake and wound eachother i mean like 7 people trying to attack at the same time someone other then Sanji is gonna get hit....

The strawhats are used fighting off big mobs of enemies. Besides I think only Luffy in Gear 2 can keep up with Sanji post timeskip. He has Blue Walk now and he can engulf himself in flames. And on top of that there is a big chance that he at least has observation haki.

Like I said before:

Sanji (one shot) > Kuma> all strawhats pre timeskip

The growth in power is huge. And I'm not underestimating the strawhats pre timeskip but Sanji has a good chance in defeating all of them.

All together with no restrictions? Everyone distracts Sanji first while Chopper uses Brain Point: Scope. Oda removed the skill because it was too hax, but it doesn't have any feats of failure.
