NB Snow: Can I turn it off?

To be honest, it's a bit annoying and is causing my status bar and scroll bar to flicker for some reason. After searching through all the options in my control panel, I have failed to find a location to toggle it on/off.

So what I'm suggesting is an option to turn it on and or off. (Though in my opinion it should be off by default).

That's not the point. The point is some people want the option to turn it off for them so it's not as annoying for them. If you like it, then let it be, but some people don't like it and don't have an option for turning it off.

I guess its like the falling icon effects on the profile that you can turned off. Somehow there should be an option for people who doesnt like it.

I agree, I like it for the theme of things, but I'm over it, members should be able to chose weather they want it on or off.
