Sasuke's Susanoo is a gud counter to minatos FTG becoz the seal cant be applyed and wats minato gonna do try and rasengan susanoo. On the Other hand Sasuke is losing his chakra in susanoo so decides to use kirin on Minatos bs base speed. Or Just amatarasu him. And Tsykyomi...-_- this is a sad day for MInato

Minato will win if he has enough marked kunai. His reflexes are superb so he can dodge susanoo's arrow IF he uses FTG. He can mark the ground or land with a ftg seal, an easy victory would be to place various ftg kunai throughout the battle field and wait for a moment to mark susanoo so he can get inside, attack, then teleport out. And keep repeating until sasuke is done for. But if he limited on kunai he will lose.

Though it will still be a hard fight no matter what.

he can probably tag sauke and therefore make susanoo useless since he'd be able to transport himself inside and just rasengan sasuke. susanoo arrrows won't work either since he can just keep teleporting all over the place to his scattered kunai. he is hokage for a reason
