rasenshuriken VS kirin

I´m just going to answer the question. Kirin is way more effective then Rasenshurikan in terms of destructive power but RS is more effective in combat. The tpoic started then though decided to xompare abilities for some reason and while Naruto does have some combat wits, he is not really a smart kid. Sasuke is now like a stronger version of Itachi only a bit more hot tempered. ummm all I can say is I look foward to their fight but it doesn´t rank high on my list.
doesnt require a lot of chakra again? if its raining yes, if its not then it would require almost every single chakra that sasuke has to perform and pray for his storm clouds to come...
plus the fact we all know that sasuke is a spammer...since kirin is his strongest and unavoidable technique so far, then he would've spammed it in the kage summit...used it against danzo, etc.
but he still spammed chidori and his susanoo a lot...why not kirin? come to think of it...

Wrong. To use Kirin requires little not no chakra, just enough to direct the lightning which isn't much to begin with... And to create rain clouds, it would just require a strong fire release and Amaterasu spamming which he can do since he has the EMS (he had been using a crap load of chakra beforehand - Orochimaru's Body Shedding Technique plus a fire release earlier when he used it against Itachi's Fireball jutsu).
Kirin takes more time to set up whereas naruto can just throw it at him when he is gathering storm clouds. Sasuke would probably activate susanoo (which I reckon cant withstand a direct hit from rasenshuriken) which would either kill sasuke or create an opening for naruto (remember he is already in sage mode or KM to throw it). There the prep for kirin is it's downfall.

First of all, someone wth ur exact same icon made this exact same thread. Second, poll please. Third, you do realize kirin takes a shit load to even SET UP right? It requied Sasuke's MOST STRONGEST katon technique, and a crap load of amaterasu. Thats just the set up. Yeah Kirin is 1/6000th of a second, but Rasenshurriken doesnt take long to charge. Kirin can only be used once, while Rasenshurriken can be used multiple times. Yes the 3rd Raikage withstood Rasenshurricen, but he had the edo tensei healing, and if Sasuke used Kirin, then nothign AT ALL would happen to the 3rd. Because he used a lightning shield. And yes, Kirin is PURE lightning, no chakra, but Wind is greater than Lightning, so in the end, they SHOULD cancel each other out. But you see, the Fuuton,the Wind part of rasenshurriken is what makes the shurriken, so if that wind takes out the lightning, then there is nothing left of Kirin. The Middle part of rasenshurriken is still there, and that takes out the opponent. But dont get me wrong, they are both very strong Justu's.
In my opnion, I would want to use Rasen-Shurriken, It is because Kirin is a one shot deal, and takes OD heat to create in the first place. So if your opponetn is till there after Kirin, youre screwed. RasenShurriken does have risks, but you can use it multiple times.

If the Thread starter would made a pool on this what we would see would be which one has more fans? Naruto or Sasuke..

+ Although it has not been stated it's not unusual for many characters to move close to light speed. Naruto and A might just be fast enough to dodge Kirin.
By the way a lightning does not move at light speed it takes if in void 2 times the time speed takes to go through any given length. In earth atmosphere it takes about 3 times that much time because the path is not a straight line.
Another misconception I have read in this thread. Having EMS doesn't let you spam MS techniques. You are still limited to your chakra pool. All we know so far is that EMS makes you not going blind and gives you an additional technique. It doesn't grant you more chakra. Meaning that Sasuke would have to use all the chakra he used during the fight with Itachi to create Kirin, + all the chakra Itachi used in Amaterasu and fire jutso. Add that to the fact that in order to avoid being killed by Naruto's KM speed and rasengan spam Sasuke would have to use Susano'o from the very start.
Add all of the above and what you get is that it's very unlikely Sasuke can use Kirin against Naruto and it's effectiveness against Naruto might not be all that good in case he did.
So my final answer would be, this thread makes little sense. The two Jutsos can't be compared.

Rasen Shurinken, Rasen Shurinken might be weaker than Kirin, but Rasen Shurinken can be done almost anywhere, Kirin, it has to have the perfect condition, for example a thunder cloud U_U

Yeah that's why a jutsu spammer named sasuke chose to use susanoo on danzo or any kage instead of using or setting up kirin which uses little to no chakra at all...You guys are sure overrating a jutsu...
Kirin would be effective only if there is a thunderstorm...

1. that has nothing to do with this thread
2. that is not a proof to say that rasengan is better than chidori because chidori instantly destroys what it hits it makes instantly a "hole" (and this hole is big as the chidori itself but thst doesnt make it weaker)
Rasengan is whirling the enemy and because of this whirling the body gots whirled too
but the water tank is not a body so it damaged the back bcs of the whirling effect
For example
when sasuke hit naruto with chidori in his chest he would be instantly dead if the kyuubi wouldnt be there to help him
but if naruto would rasengan sasuke, sasuke could still have a chance to be alive
