Blackbeard i would say, but Doflamingo looks pretty strong to, and i like doflamingo.

Right now it's blackbeard but i think Mihawk is really powerful also and don flamingo.

i would go with kuma even though black beard could take his fruit abilities wouldn't he still have his robot abilities like the pxs shoot lasers like kizaru and teach couldn't do anything about that but mihawk or don flamingo can do something about the lasers so i will go with them for now

Moria is definitely the weakest, then comes hancock, i don´t know who is stronger between jinbei and kuma while he still had his personality.

I think the number 1 spot comes down to blackbeard,mihawk and doflamingo.
Blackbeard has the tremor tremor and the dark dark fruit but his dark dark fruit is useless against mihawk, blackbeard is also known to be slow, he takes his time and he let his guard down, i think mihawk would win in a fight.

Doflamingo would simply cut blackbeard to pieces so that´s that.

2 people left, Mihawk and Doflamingo, both are very fast and it´s a matter of if mihawk can cut doflamingo down before he cuts him.

I think Doflamingo would come out the winner.

i haven't seen mihawk move that much but he is pretty fast as we saw in marineford but the reason he can't move that much is because of his sword hard unlikely but thats the only reason i can think of.

This might be a suprise to everyone but I actually expect Crocodile to come out as the strongest of Shichibukai after the two year timeskip.

I expect him to regain his mastery over Haki(CoA), have no water weakness and his sand being as sharp as blades.
