Kinkaku and Ginkaku have their 4 items.
Itachi is aware that if he says his most used word and stays quiet too long that he will be sucked in.
Restrictions:Only Ginkaku can go 6 tails.
Itachi does not have shisui's eye.

Even with kinaku restricted from going 6-tails i still see know way of itachi winning this. The pair are know each other well and cooperate together a lot.
They are fast enough to dodge totsuka and they could attack from front and back to get through yata mirror.Comment on who you think will be victorious.

but numbers are problem for itachi (he's a 1 on 1 fighter) so he'll still have some troubles

Because Ginkaku has been restricted and can't go 6-tails and itachi knows not to say his most used word so i had to even it out a bit and restrict itachi from using shisui's eye.

what he has to do is steal one of the so6p's weapons from them and seal ginkaku which will turn kinkaku into 9 tails form but itachi will suppress kinkaku or tsukuyomi up his mind
he could always use susanoo to prevent them from harming him with so6p's objects (his chara is low though) itachi definitely wins especially without the objects involved
