what he has to do is steal one of the so6p's weapons from them and seal ginkaku which will turn kinkaku into 9 tails form but itachi will suppress kinkaku or tsukuyomi up his mind
he could always use susanoo to prevent them from harming him with so6p's objects (his chara is low though) itachi definitely wins especially without the objects involved

Genjutsu doesn't work against these two their chakras are disturbed by the 9tails chakra
