cause this is his date, you shouldn't be participating in there date, it ruins the romanticeness and other stuff a date is supposed to have, i don't care about all that really but they do, and there is nothing wrong with wine, if some random guy smashed your wine bottle while you were trying to have a date, even if it is more romantic, it would serve a more negative effect then a positive effect.
