Anyway, Sharingan activated= Sharingan needed until we see him do it otherwise.
You can't even run a lemonade stand. How the **** can you run Narutobase?

Looks like there are lots of biasing statements going on there...Contrary to the fact that Kakashi will pull out of this as a winner...
Itachi is a recognized OP bcoz of his sharingan mastery and sheer intelligence and Kakashi if recognized as OP is bcoz of his sharingan mastery(better than an Uchiha), sheer intelligence and very high knowledge about jutsus...
How the hell you ppl. are only listing Itachi's jutsus not Kakashi even when I see many tech.s which are something to Itachi w/o sharingan...

I think Itachi will win,he has man attacks,he only uses his sharigan causets themost effective.Kakashi might have been a Anb,but guess what.Itachi aswell at 13!! Itachi is more of a match than Kakashi can Handle,provided that its normal Itachi..And not SEmi blind /Partly dying Itachi who went up against Sasuke..Plus..Sayng Kakashi can use his copied jutsus...WHo says Itachi Didn copy jutsus too?

kakashi's victory, kakashi made jounin at a very young age, minus the sharingan ability, he was always an elite student, the sharingan however made him better
Itachi is wired to fight with the Sharingan...without it he is nothing but an ordinary shinobi, say Jounin level but not too great...well he still has his brains,speed,and few Genjutsus...but a Hyuga...say Negi is better than that.
But Kakashi on the other hand has Brains,More affinities,Speed,More Experience,Keen Senses...He also would have a lot More Stamina than Itachi...Kakashi's Stamina is low because of his left eye...but without sharingan he'll have more Stamina...plus he can use the 8 inner gates...I know he's shown to have opened only the 1st gate...but there's no doubt that he can go to 4-5 gates.

lol kakashi can only use 1 gate thats i thats all.more experience lol dont make me laugh that would mean nonthing in this fight. itachi knos wat he is doing at all times in a fight. speed wise we all kno itachi is faster. more chakara wer u get this from please tell me. neji would get his ass beat by itachi without the sharingan.

More experience means quite a difference when facing an opponent whose power matches yours. It can be said the same for kakashi that he knows what he is doing in a fight. Kakashi has always had greater chakra although not by much, and to be quite honest, Neji would probably have a chance if he has his byakugan.

i kno kakashi knos wat he is doing at all time so does itachi so many people saying more experience as if he will out smart itachi or something not going to happen.greater chakara sence when i need proof. naw neji would look like he has a chance but in the end he is nonthing.

The databook states that itachi's stamina is only slightly less than kakashi's. I could show you how Neji has a decent chance of winning without his sharingan

yes show me how neji has a chance? thats becuz itachi be useing ms tecs if he kept it a regular jutsu level like kakashi itachi's chakara would be higher.

Itachi can't use his MS sharingan techniques for long because he has low stamina. That's why he died when facing sasuke; he overused his MS and strained himself trying to stay alive long enough to drain sasukes stamina. His illness most likely played a part in his chakra levels, but it probably would'nt make a noticeable difference as he was planning on dying anyways.
Neji is a skilled fighter. He has great speed, deadly taijutsu, decent stamina, a few powerful ninjutsu, and, of course, his byakugan. He is also very observant of his opponents and is very intelligent himself. It would make him a good opponent for itachi.

lol ms tecs take more chakara then regular jutsu thats y it seems kakashi has a better chakara level than itachi. itachi taijutsu is better his speed is better he makes clones out of no were. as 4 being smart i dont have to say anything...genjutsu does not work on byakugan does it if so neji would really be no match.

Actually, sharingan by itself drains kakashi's chakra moreso well since he isn't an uchiha himself.
Itachi may be slightly better at taijutsu, but Nejis proficiency with the Gentle Fist Style is formidable. Neji's speed is on par with kakashi's, making him very close to itachi's level of speed, and his hand speeds with his eight trigrams 64 palms attacks are blingingly fast. He may not be on itachi's level of genius, but he has excellent instincts and is a very observant analyst, as he is considered a natural genius. Genjutsus don't really work very well on byakugan users as they can see chakra networks and flows, so they could easily tell when a genjutsu is being used.

itachi can make clones in the speed of light can easly trick neji.his fire jutsu will be pretty hard to deal with.hand to hand itachi will probly make a plan 4 that.besides we probly have not seen all of itachi jutsu yet anyway.
kakashi fanboys again saying crazy stuff like this. The voting poll and opinions are crazy to even think that kakashi would defeat Itachi. These people are in denial to the out most level. Itachi with and without the sharigan can defeat kakashi especially without his sharigan. I mean almost all of kakashi moves are created due to the sharigan I mean come on he cannot use the lightening blade without using his sharigan. The fourth hokage said that the lightening blade was an incomplete move due to the fact that it can cause the user to be open for attack but with the sharigan kakashi can easily dodge the attack and pierced through his opponent without being touch. Itachi can use genjutsu with the flick of his fingers I mean he is a genjutsu expert. Kakashi fan boys are going at it again I mean kakashi is cool but itachi is awesome and I am not being biased cause I love both characters. Itachi takes the win due to his experience fighting powerful jinjuriki and being at the top of his game in the Anbu black-Ops. Kakashi fanboys not surprised

Kakshi owns because might guy taught him how to defeat itachi a few whiles back so itachi dies EVEN WITH sharingan or without kakashi wins
