I think Sasuke would have a new Susanoo. So truthfully, I think this goes to Sasuke. Yata mirror would defend him from Tailed Beast Bomb. Also, Amaterasu would be powered up. He could also use Kirin, then boom baby, lightning would beat him. This goes to Sasuke, but it would be a GREAT fight!

Killer bee would have to go Full hachibi in order to hope to break Full EMS susanoo, and then he would be a big target for amaterasu arrow. Bee might escape it 8 times by cutting off his tails, but sasuke can sit in his Susanoo like nothing.
In addition, after a while, all those amaterasu arrows will heat up the atmosphere, allowing sasuke to use a free kirin.

8 tails V2 should be more than enough hassle for Sasuke, he doesn't need full Hachibi. Very powerful yet still small and agile.
He should be fast enough to escape Amaterasu, im not sure though.
Genjutsu ain't doing much to him.

What people seem to forget is that sasuke was getting his ass handed to him before he used one, just one ms technique which made bee flee.

to escape amaterasu you have to be at least A or minato ftg speed & im pretty sure a full ems susanoo can handle a v2 kb

1.I doubt v2 is fast enough because that would mean his speed is able to match A's who has been stated to be the 2nd second fastest shinobi to ever live
2.as i said b4 sasuke's not gonna just sit there & let kb power up his tbb like last time he's most like gonna susanoo arrow him during the materialization process.

im saying it cant dodge because its a visual jutsu which means its not a jutsu u can anticipate the raikage dodged it because his lightning shroud is faster than the blink of an eye at best sharingan eye while i doubt a v2 kb who's upcoming attack was seen by kisame a non sharingan user can do it
Oh yeh true, Kisame was able to block V2. Well, I still wan't to see more from V2 though. Sasuke barely managed to escape a V1 attack from Killer Bee from a much further distance, and he has the Sharingan. 8 tails in V2 would be much faster.

even though sasuke barely dodged v1 he wouldn't need to now he has susanoo & it wouldn't be wise for kb to try a close range attack since sasuke can coat his susanoo w/amaterasu flames his only option is a tbb which sasuke can easily counter ex.arrows,sword before launch or full 8 tails which leaves him wide open for an susanoo sword/arrow attack

Wrong proof amaretsu cannot be absorbed is negato...
It burns anything even chakra as seen when burning A's lightning covered arm it burns water aswell...
V2 bee is no where near V2 A in speed as seen sasuke can dodge bee v1 & A v1 but can only track A v2. Ameratsu was on point but A created an after image which is y it missed him
