It's a very close fight but I'll have to go with Sasuke. He has a new Susano. Sasuke now uses Amateratsu as an offensive and defensive jutsu. Also Sasuke knows that his genjutsu wont work so he will avoid using that. Bee is still better at sword fighting though.

Umm it takes Bee alot longer to transform then it does for Sasuke to use amaterasu or his susanoo arrows. Also there's no evidence that susanoo can or can't tank an 8 tailed tbb.

Yeah, I dont think he has the Totsuka Sword or Yata Mirror.
However, he does have that Amaterasu sword which he could easily hit the 8 tails with.

Yeah, I agree that it is better. Its just the TBB looked better in the anime because it has colour and stuff. Plus I dont even watch the anime, just watch the fights from time to time.
