Danzo was taken out a few times by one guy, Kakazu's 5 hearts were wiped out but by a team. But Danzo had more "lives" than Kakuzu, so I say Kakuzu. Plus he uses all elements and has other strong jutsu. Mid difficulty.

The thing is Danzou could've beat Sasuke. He still had Shuisui's eye which he could've used to izanagi then kill Sasuke. However Tobi wouldn't have allowed Danzou to do that. Danzou wasn't able to use Shuisui's eye throughout the fight. However he could use it against Kakuzu which would change it a lot.

iSay Danzo will get his but whipped by Kakuzu.

-Kakuzu has nearly a century worth of experience & a highly analytical mind as compared to Danzo..

-Kakuzu is a very observant individual as well, so since this battle both ninja's have no intell of one another, Kakuzu might be able to pick up what Danzo's main arsenal/strategy is, Izangi & plan counter measures as well.

-He also has a vast supply of chakra. A heavy hitter / Proficient Taijusu fighter & not forgetting the ability to harness 4 elements.

Conclusion:
Kakuzu will have to kill Danzo 10/11 (Shisui's Eye) times to eliminate the use of Izanagi.
Kakuzu will be able to endure the battle due to his large chakra supply.
Kakuzu is definitely much faster, experienced and stronger than Danzo.
