Susanoo wouldn't be able to defend him against everything and it will only take 1 scratch or grain of sand to touch him. Genjutsu, I'm not even sure Sasori can be put in a genjutsu seeing how all his living organs are stuffed in that little container and I'm sure his eyes aren't will so how will he pick up on an illusion at all? No sasuke will lose easy

Sasori, I'm sure he has his own homemade poison smoke bombs to poison sasuke with a deadly poison that only sakura knew the cure for. One breath from that and he is dead, also to mention sasuke doesn't have unlimited chakra sure he can use susanoo and amterasu against sasori but can he be accurate when being attacked by over 100 puppets? Sasori can easily switch bodies when he is attacked and the only reason he lost to sakura and chiyo is because he wanted to.
