Kirin never used any handseals

2) his hand has no lightning around it, no chakra nothing



If he intended on using a fire jutsu, his hand wouldn't be in the air like that , it would be at his stomach / mouth area, and he would show enhaling signs of using a fire jutsu

Ill say it again, sasuke doesnt know water release so he cant create rain out of the blue. when oro stopped him, it was in the desert and the skys were clear. meaning NO storm in sight. it was a clear day so NO kirin, when he faught itachi all their fire power created the right conditions to develop storm clouds and rain thus creating the likely hood of lightning where he then used his hand as the conductor
