If you are talking about EMS's abilities then they are:
Unlimited and better amaterasu/tsukuyomi, Susanoo level 5, and no risk of blindness...and they can see in darkness...

Because he hasn't had to use them simultaneously again yet. They don't do the same thing. Again Sage Mode Uses Nature chakra and he can sense moves and gain massive strength, Kyuubi mode give him more speed and strength.

You also realize, A(Fourth Raikage) uses lightning release to make himself quicker (Lightning Release being made up of, yes you heard it correctly, Lightning) which makes him nearly as fast as Minato, but not quite. So if Minato can outrun such a powerful speed that is developed initially from Lightning itself, and Naruto is now quicker than Minato...

I think there is

He got "some" of the kyuubi's chakra

And then spilt that amount into 12 clones equally

So 1/12 full KM strength naruto beat the third raikage

And we don't even know at this point if the kyuubi is stealing chakra or not

So if he is, that's even less chakra

Nothing's faster than teleportation so it's pretty much impossible for Naruto to be faster. Is he faster when comparing base speed? Of course.

The kyuubi hasn't taken any chakra from Naruto since he started using km and that's stated in the previous chapter. Both modes essentially do the same exact thing for Naruto so I think it's pretty pointless to combine them.
