First things First if you believe that "HEALTHY" Nagato beat KMN and KB and if it weren't for Itachi, Nagato was in god mode then I don't see much point in arguing.
Now at that time KMN was just screwing around agreed Itachi helped him but that was because he was happened to be there..Naruto still could've escaped that situation by summoning Gamabnuta right then and there just to break free from Nagato just like he did against Garra's Sand Coffin back in part 1.
Because as stated before Nagato is a close range fighter.
Now for Minato vs Nagato :
Gedo Mazo is a real bad-apple I agree but It couldn't do shit to Hanzo and he only used the Body Fliker...Minato on the other hand has the FTG and More Speed.
Also we know what happens after Gedo Mazo is summoned Nagato was alomst Zombie'd...Tobi the smart-ass used a different body to avoid this drawback and its something that only He could do it.
Nagato won't a able to keep the Gedo Mazo around for a longer time and Minato can Spam FTG for a while...also Nagato'll be so drained that he won't be able to walk after Gedo Mazo let alone fighting.

u should take ur own advice dude, nagato was given the rinnegan by madara
but that doesn't mean he can use it right away its required training for many years there is no such thing like instant jutsu u need to train to get better

and also nagato has been sync with gedo for many years and u said he can't keep it for long ?
last time i checked the bijuu sealing ritual take 3 days and 3 night with gedo mazo summoned,
and also tell me what kind of minato attack will hurt nagato ? rasengan ? kunai attack ?
as far as i see nagato have preta path covering all his body while physical can be countered with shinra tensei which is do not have 5 secs interval in healthy nagato case.

What do you call yourself if you call us a fanboy? You have your opinion so do we. I'm talking about skills here if you understand. Minato had to create his own unique jutsus because he doesn't have kkg like Nagato. That is truly a skill.
Does it really matter if he creates a jutsu or not because Nagato jutsu are of higher caliber thens Minato seriously though what does Minato have that can harm Nagato.
Rasengan gets absorbed by Preta path
Kunais get blows away by shinra Tensei or uprooted by Chibaku Tensei.
and keep mind Nagato has his summons to keep and eye on Minato.

Wow, wow, and wow! training or not, it is still given to him. No one can use CT if he/she does not have the rinnegan. That is a KKG technique. I'm just saying that Minato has better skills because he was able to create S ranks and A ranks jutsus without the help of any KKG.

Okay..How can Nagato escape if Minato teleported him to his Chibaku Tensei? You said that kunais will be uprooted by CT. It means that Minato can teleport him to where the kunai is. care to answer that?

minato has to touch nagato if he want to teleport nagato inside CT, and i don't see that happen
Did Minato touch the kyuubi when he teleported it to another location. Can you give me a link showing that Minato touched the kyuubi before the teleportation?
Just think this way, if the kyuubi is 100 times larger than Nagato and Minato was able to teleport it costing..let's say 50 percent of his chakra then it means that Minato can teleport Nagato 200 times before he depleted his chakra...We all know that teleportation is instant. How can Nagato counter a technique so fast?

then tell me why minato told gamabunta to hold the kyubi, seriously he need to touch the target, if he don't need to touch ppl to teleport it then he can easily remove tobi from konoha at that time

i doubt it, in my opinion he need to make sure that the kyubi doesn't move so he can teleport it and also if he can use it without touching he can just teleposrt kushina and naruto away when tobi appear
