If you go by reputation all the doujutsu users will want to finish off Minato first ie Combined attacks and that too if they listen to Itachi...he knows how to survive better than Nagato or Sasuke.

I still don't see any of the 3 doujutsu users able handle A SPACE-TIME-NIN user and he is the fastest of them all.

All minato has to do is escape their attacks and come up with a strategy and its not hard for him to figure out their weaknesses and counters to the weaknesses...just like he downloaded Tobi within seconds.

Sasuke has zero chance considering Pain with Rinnegan,Minato with his speed and FTG and brains, and Itachi is simply better than Sasuke in every aspect.

Then goes Nagato he is the slowest person Itachi will put up a big fight against him and manage to kill him or survive...Sasuke will be ST'd or CT'd by Nagato and Minato will just SPAM FTG around him just to get that 1 Marking or 1 FTG level 2 combo ie the 5sec interval....that's enough for Minato as a strategy.

The Finalists will be Minato and Itachi....Itachi is great and all but after fighting the others for that long its obvious that he's almost out of chakra...don't get me wrong Minato's chakra is also depleted but still its far more than Itachi...Itachi will retreat and save his own neck...because he knows Sometimes Retreat is the wisest course of action.
