what secret are the Byakugan holding

ever since i herd/seen the seal on the hyuga clan branch members i been wondering what secret don't they want to get out can the byakugan turn into rinegan like a natural event and wasn't it stated the the sharigan came from the byakugan and why where the cloud village that know so much about the so6p going after an unsealed hyuga clan member then going for the sharigan user. just putting it out there if hinata gets rinegan its game over lol

The seal is there so if they die their Byakugan deactivates and no other village can use it but thats only for the side branch family

yea kakashi did say something like but he wasnt sure. and given the information we know now that tobi told us the answer is NO. sharingan the Uchiha clans KG cuz the elder son created that clan. but still the hyuuga clans KG is nice. and this is a answer well never know cuz the world is at peace right now between the five nations

It can be some diluted lesser form of sharingan/rinnegan
Uchiha is to hyuuga like senju is to uzimaki
May have some other sick sealing techs the one on the side branches is pretty serious

Theory #2 they may be senju experiments to combat their cousins overwhelming might and battle prowess

cant be a lesser version of sharigan there both different types of eyes one for close combat and genjutsu / and the other for ambush and tracking and can do close combat
