Naruto has to throw it, Its travel speed doesn't seem anything special so unless Naruto catchs kakashi off guard with it i think kakashi could dodge it.

Kakashi is better @ Ninjutsu,Genjutsu, is faster, 3elements, Smater and i think he has the Taijutsu advantage thanks to his sharingan and him being faster than naruto.

Naruto has stamina on his side, But how many times can he use Rs in Base without any kyuubi chakra as backup

Naruto has 3 powerful big toads, 2 small toads that use sage chakra and can use toad song (would take out anyone who hears it), can over run is enemies with hundred of clones that have rasengans. The only fight we saw between Kakashi and Naruto was in the beginning of shippuden when Naruto was at chunin level but now Naruto is at Jounin level and was said to surpass Kakashi by kakashi himself. Kakashi is smart but so are Naruto's toad summons and Naruto used his brain to beat Kakuza so brains go to Naruto as well.

Anyway base naruto is a chunnin at best with an s-rank technique.
His speed, taijutsu and overall skill is poor.
