I've always wonder what were the Senju's clan power? I've always guessed maybe they don't have a kekkei genkai but just special powers. For example Hashirama could mix earth and water to make wood element, Tobirama could use water where there's no source of water, even in a dry desert, and Tsunade had super inhumane strenght and the greatest medical ability. I think their power are when they learn what their affinity is they can do it better in a much larger scale, with better use than any shinobi. They have the same ability as any shinobis like the five elements, but they can use it at a greater range, and they can also create powerful kinjutsu, and poweful jutsu. Just look at Tobirama's impure world resurrection, and Hashirama bringer of darkness, and Tsunade yin seal, and four-corner sealing barrier.

So that's what I think, you can't distinguish them by bodies, but only if they tell you or Kishi. Anyone got something else.

I think that the Uchia need Sunju DNA to get Rinegan and the Senju need EMS/Sharingan to get Rinegan also it works both ways I don't see why it wouldn't.
