Senju suppose to be the successor of the 2 but we have not seen why they better than uchiha.The 1 hokage beat madara but we not quite show if he actually did or madara allow him to beat him for his own motive.When the first hokage was fighting hiruzen he was not showing enough great pwer to classify him as an victor against madara.
Senju become weaker over generation but what there speciality or KG ?

I don't really think for the Senju there is an upgrade since the Senju clan from what we know never had any unique characteristics that belonged to them as far as a KG anyways. The were just known for the diverse skills and mastery of various jutsus and styles thus the name Senju which means 'thousand skills. Where most clans focused on either one jutsu or type Senju were generally supposed to be well versed in everything, including genjutsu, taijutsu & ninjutsu

The Only Senju with a known KG was Hasgirama with his Wood Release as well as ability and power over all the biju. But this tho are comfirmed KG's they're KG's belonging only to him and no other Senju, nor the result of him being a Senju

On top of that; the Eldest Son on the SoT6P was all about power, like Vegita, so naturally his descendants would also be all about obtaining and evoling great power or more powerful upgrades. Where as if the younger son could have cared less about power and obtaining a dojutsu like his father & older brother which would have guaranteed a power increase; naturally he nor his descendants would care or need to obtain some kind of transformation dojutsu since that wasn't what they were all about nor was it the source of their strength. Like Goku its about having something precious to you and using that as motivation to push them beyond their limits to defend what they hold dear

Oh macho!! Not all the uchihas were strong. Like those "police" itachi just speed blitzed during their so called arrest. Secondly it seems kishi has given senju only talk no jutsu because they were able to convince uchihas to become bishes and when they rebelled, they sent a prodigy of the uchiha clan itself to wipe out the entire clan in one night(Still not sure how itachi was ordered to pull that off when he used tobi's help to succeed).
Senju become weaker over generation? More like dissappear. Tsunade is too strong for a kishi created female character.
About senju speciality, well talk no jutsu trumps all.

the senju were known for their mastery of all skills. senju= a thousand skills, a thousand hands. they have no specialities, but master all skills.

hashirama- wood kg, weapons, infinite darkness genjutsu
toka- famed for genjutsu (got this from wikipiedia tho so it might be inaccurate)
tobirama- best water element user, inventor of edo tensei, space/time user
tsunade- best medical ninja

i think what they have in common is just great raw strength and huge chakra levels. in short, they have the sage's body, the uchiha have the sage's eyes. because they have no specific skills, i don't think they kept to themselves like the uchiha, uzumaki and other hiden clans, so their bloodline was dispersed over time.
