Kid Neji vs Kid Sasuke!

Sasuke for a couple of reasons.

1) He would have beat the gaara that lee couldn't beat, and lee more or less neji's equal.
2) Has lee's base speed + sharingan for prediction, and has chidori to overpower neji's rotation
3) If need be he has the curse mark for a chakra increase and speed higher than base lee.

i do agree Sasuke has those ups, but at that point, Neji was still beating Rock Lee easily because Rock Lee tells Naruto that he wants to be the one to finally prove that hardwork>genius. I also dont know if Chidori would go through rotation..i mean both are pretty powerful attacks, only rotation is like one of the ultimate defenses against stuff.
Sasuke wasnt suppose to using the curse mark during the fight so i wonder if he would have used it? The only reason he did is because Oro had that sound guy against Sasuke and he was trying to force him to use the curse power. hmm...

Without the Curse Mark Neji would Pwn sasuke.

With level 2 Curse mark Sasuke would end up winning unless he does something stupid and let Neji hit his chakra points.

Neji was surprised by Rock Lee's speed, and Gai was expecting Lee to beat neji.

The way I see it, Chidori > KN0 Naruto punch, the one that almost ended neji.

64 palms is too fast even for a three tomoe Sharingan user at close range.
Also nothing is penetrating the rotation I don't know where you guys are getting these ideas, rotation is designed to deflect incoming attacks with the same force that opponent used to attack.

Neji was just shocked Naruto could still even move and thought the fight was over.
Gaaras defense is not stronger than Nejis rotation, Kimimarus bone attacks would never penetrate Rotation like they did all of gaaras sand defenses.
Like I said before Naruto never penetrated rotation your stupid as shot he waited until Neji was done spinning and came up from under te ground and uppercutted Neji.
Rotation is the strongest defense and has never been bypassed till date, the only flaw in rotation is it's duration and range.

i believe overall Neji would win. It would be very difficult for Sasuke to hit Neji, even with the curse seal, unless he fireballs him to death lol
