I don't think she was a missing-nin. He went on a rampage cuz B was his brother so there was more of a bond there.

Yea I think they said something like she was just as skilled of a biju host as Bee was. But that doesn't mean Nii will beat Bee because of it. When she was first introduced.

what can we do against akatsuki who were able to defeat bee?
and how do we even find them search every hideout one by one?
we don't want a repeat of what happened with yugito

Yugito Nii is not a Missing-Nin. Since the Fourth Raikage states that there are no Missing-Nin from Kumogakure at least not yet.
