I could see Smoker being a new Admiral since he really doesn't really follow orders anyways unless he want's to. Giving him this New Title would give him more power to do what he want's & that is to track down Luffy & I think it is something the Marines want. But I think the 3rd may be someone we haven't seen yet.

My personal bet is Smoker and a Swordsman. There were a bunch of Vice Admirals who used swords so one of them could have been promoted. A swordsman Admiral would give Zoro an opponent to fight. Maybe Onigumo because he has a similar view of justice as Akainu.

Luffy who was that much strong to able to beat two shichibukai ,one logia(enel),fought in great war...isn't on admiral lvl yet after 2 years and you are saying coby much weaker than him is on admiral lvl.

Magellan is already a great power to the marines, he protects impel down and keeps the most dangerous criminals in check.
Why would he suddently be chosen as an admiral?

He´s proud of the work he´s already doing and he´s doing a great job, he wanted to commit suicide because of the 200 prisoners that escaped.
He would probably refuse the promotion if he got one.

One more thing, you don´t need to be a df user to be admiral, as long as you can match their strength it´s good enough and you have an advantage they don´t, you can swim, they can´t, they fall into the ocean, they´re dead.

Smoker at most will be a Vice Admiral...
I think only a Person who was Vice Admiral can go on to be a Admiral...
IMO Smoker would become a Vice Admiral now since 2Vice Admirals will be leaving to become a Admiral...

Logically it would be one of the Vice Admirals but none in my opinion really stand out. The only one that had promise was Momonga but we already know he's still holding the rank of Vice Admiral and is in charge of the G-1 branch.

The only ones standing out for me is between Smoker (not because he's a Logia, just following the color pattern, Sakazuki was the Red Dog, Borsalino is the Yellow Monkey, Kuzan was the Blue Pheasant and Smoker is called the White Hunter, and yes I know the others has an animal theme but give and take a little) or Bogart (for all we know he was a Vice Admiral before and he was under Garp) but I would at least like to see a new character.

If this is a fake, it's a pretty good fake but I would hope it's real. He seems like an interesting character. What's your opinion?

Yeah IF it is a fake, the artist has done a good job copying Oda's style not only the art but also how he builds up a page. The introduction box and the close ups are all stuff Oda does. The only thing that is off is the background of the center panel where he hits the marine with the hammer. Oda never draws a blank background. But it coul be "concept art" because it is leaked after all.

About the charachter he looks cool. And it appears he is a different kind of admiral like the current 3. Hammer is nice. Old experienced guy. Lots of possibilities for backstories with Garp, Sengoku, Kong and Gorosei. And he looks like he loves to fool around.

So I think IF this real I wouldn't mind. Is there someone who can translate the text?

I agree......an admiral has nothing to do with df powers......garp was to be an admiral and he has no df power at all.......even so.....he's still stronger than the admirals!!....or on par at least!
