Let's see... This can be useful as a pretty fast suprise attack to catch someone off guard as it doesn't take handseals or much time to create.
The limitations are it is relatively weak and it is only short range.
I would defend using any D rank jutsu or even a C rank just for a counter attack along with defensive maneuver.
A good combo for this could be this

Try again. You actually throw both at the same time. The second one travels beneath the visible one hidden by your chakra. ^^

Hmm, This is good for a simple surprise attack as it can catch someone off guard when they aren't suspecting a ssecond shurikan.

A Limitation would be that it is very linear and can only move in a straight path along with the First shurikan so it is easy to dodge.

I would probably dodge it with a simple earth shield or a blast of wind.

While you two are admiring yourselves i struggle to break free from the beauty of two Scorps' xd

Once i overcome the charm i begin to transfer my chakra around your clones body. As i transfer it i surround him with it and build it up into a large dense "invisible" cloud. I then manipulate my chakra that is floating around him and send it towards his body to constrict his movement. It creates a dense invisible layer around him and holds him in place

Try focusing your chakra and releasing it into an invisible burst that once it hits me (although its invisible even for dojutsu users or sensors, i'm using this analogy to make it easier for you to understand it) it leaves me paralized.

-We can use this tech on very big summoning like gamabunta.
-Can be used on multiple targets.
-We can infuse them with our chakra.
-After throwing kunais, we can shoot a wind bullet, so kunais will go with tremendous speed, and than our target has to deal with 2 things.

Counter
-Simply with a fire jutsu which covers extreme range.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

Basically, this technique allows you to evenly split your chakra into up to 5 equal portions creating 4 clones + the real you. This is done by forcefully molding and focusing your chakra to create an exact physical copy of yourself. This copy can do everything you can with some exceptions. For example, if you have to make a big sacrifice to summon your summons (lol) he'll get dispersed before he can do it; if you have a CW, the copies will be created with one but, this CW will not possess any special ability whatsoever. It will simply be an unpowered version of your original weapon.

Now, for this specific technique i want you to answer the following questions:

-Is using clones for Taijutsu really usefull?
-How can you creatively use clones in battle in our RP?

That is not taijutsu. Please think about it for a second before replying. taijutsu is HAND TO HAND fighting. You expect to summon a clone so he can beat you up? Using a clone to get you out of the way of a jutsu is neither original nor is it even a good use of clones. And for a clone to kick you enough so you go far enough from the path of a technique means broken bones and wounds... Think!

And 4 clones at time...how many times? Search the rule. Don't be lazy.

Alright, clones can be useful in many ways. like with our clones we can do jutsus at same time, while our opponent will perform 1 technique we can perform 3.
A combo- I create a very large and deep swamp under you, its that deep that you can't use pillars to rise yourself. Simultaneously while I was making the swamp under you my 1st clone summons the giant amount of water above you and my 2nd clone makes a giant lid falls on you. So basically you got only 1 move to dodge these all since they are done simultaneously.
