use any image processing application of your choice (good ones for free are e.g. gimp, paint.net) and change the size, ("Image"->"Scale Image"->the size you want (gimp)).

I only watch the anime. I hate reading manga. I use the wikipedia for Naruto and find out what is happening in the Manga.

Wikipedia is wrong.....alot....not always, but it isnt reliable. Anime is filled with fillers, which i personally enjoy, but still gets off subject.....like that filler with the sinthetic nine tailed jinchuuriki.....made no sense, and came out of nowhere....

...unless you meant that "Fake" nine tails in the manga; that came to be after a possiabke relation to the Izumaki clan was swolloed up by the Nien tails (lol Ger an humor) ...and ate some of it's insides, and eventually was spit up...

No, those were the brother's from the village hidden in the......cloud? i think thats where their from...but anyway, they were inside the Kyuubi for a week, and lived off his insides, thats how THEY got a piece of the Kyuubi's power.
