I don't know if I should have waited for a notice but I don't like making people wait for me...

Pain, someone else's chakra into you, and a surge of chakra of your own throughout your body.
This one I would notice something was different, like a person appear and attack me so I would use a kunai to give myself a little cut. Because of this low rank low pain can also disrupt this...

What is a surge of chakra throughout ur body, and how would you do it?
If a genjutsu itself was causing you pain how would you break free? Im just curious based on your responses.

Kai would be a cheap way of surging your body with chakra. Or using a jutsu like:
(Raiton: Chidori Nagashi) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds Current
and if that happens your screwed, I really haven't thought there was a genjutsu like that except tsukiyomi. If that happens I would use the jutsu above or if I would have Curse Mark I would use that to surge chakra through my body.

In cases where your in a genjutsu that induces pain unto you. After recognizing your trapped by any means of the situation your in, you would stop the flow of chakra in your system which takes care of the opponents chakra taking controls of your senses and then forcefully surge it throughout your body, which is known as Kai release. Also keep genjutsu ranking in mind when effectively countering.
Having someone else, an ally, insert chakra onto you will release you out of any genjutsu, apart from Tsukyomi (Because the full effects of the Genjutsu happen in an instance, so there's literally no time for an ally to insert chakra in you). But some jutsu can't be broken by Kai (higher than B), or by pain (Genjutsu that provoke pain themselves can't be broken through pain). There are many other ways of breaking out of a genjutsu, though they aren't open for every ninja, for they need especial abilities. As you fight and gain more experience, you may even find alternative methods that are more suited for your characters.
Doujutsu users are immune to most genjutsus. Chakra sensors, although not immune, can distinguish what's real and what's not real, and can counter many genjutsu this way. Gathering Natural Energy will snap you out of many if not all genjutsus. Having a Bijuu means, in some cases, a constant ally. You can open the gates, the curse mark, etc and release yourself from the genjutsu through those bursts of chakra. You can even use stronger genjutsus to reverse the effects of weaker genjutsus, such as Itachi reversing Kurenai's genjutsus.
Also with your genjutsu
You can use this jutsu to make your explosion tags look like something else, or even make them disappear completely. You can make a sword your holding seem shorter or longer than what it really is.

If you made clones prior, they would most likely disperse or could be trapped in a genjutsu with you, if the gen could affect multiple people. As they have chakra circulatory systems too.
But lets continue..
The main purpose of the Genjutsu is to invade your opponent's chakra system, and gain control over his brain, making him feel illusions that affect his 5 senses.
Genjutsus need a medium in order to reach the opponent's brain. Doujutsu use a visual medium. Sound genjutsus use sound, etc. Some Genjutsus simply use Handseals and don't need actual contact in order to be felt (Such as Nirvana Temple.)

I want to say vision because the opponent needs to see you vanish. Is this just straight chakra release into the opponent?

Yes, youre right. The opponent needs to see you in order for this illusion to work, and yes all they need to do is see you.

Alright, so this is a bit more than just a genjutsu. It's a genjutsu mixed in with actions that you must do in the real world. First, focus chakra into my mind as you do with all genjutsu, and disrupt my chakra flow so that I see an illusionary, human servant.
In the real world, you have to throw a kunai with an explosive tag on it to me. The trick is making it so that the servant and the paper bomb both reach me at the same time, if either one come toward me before the others, then I'll know that it's a genjutsu. So the timing of your throw has to be more or less on the dot.

Alright as I see you I gather in my chakra and quickly release it toward you. By molding the chakra I enter the occipital lobe of you and start to tweak with it. I merge with the current signal that you are receiving from your vision sensors(eyes). Then as I begin to pull out a kunai I use my chakra and make a human servant appear in front of me, this blocks my actions as I pull out the kunai. Then I make the human servant rush at you and I wait a little to throw the kunai, because the kunai will travel faster I time it so that it will match the end point which is you...This way the kunai with the paper bomb will reach you at the same time the servant will...

Damn. I quickly gather in my chakra and invade your occipital lobe and start off by imitating the signal and start to mold it. Then as I start with my move of pulling out the kunai a servant appears in front of me rushing at you. As all that happens I quickly pull out my kunai with a paper bomb attached with it. Then as the servant is moving closer all the while as I keep the chakra constant in your occipital lobe I extend my arm and let go of the kunai. Just as the servant is about to strike at you the kunai is about to hit you and explode at the same time...

Actually my last post was a fail lol I posted that and stepped away from my computer. You did well last time Piccolo ^_^ Remember, this will change a paper bomb (or any other small object, if you want to be more creative) into a clone of yourself, or, again if you want to be more creative, into another person, animal or even some humanoid thingy (remember that the less you change, the less your opponent will notice he/she is on a genjutsu. If suddenly a huge ogre appears when I'm fighting a genin, it won't stick, obviously). But if you turn into a small butterfly, I'll be less tempted to attack it. This will mask the obvious threat of an exploding tag, and allow you to deploy it more easily.

Description:A Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.
Now you create multiple copies of yourself, and use them as a distraction. Its similar to the previous illusion as its not using your body as a medium so it requires handseals.

Alright as I quickly do the handseals I release my chakra unto your occipital lobe and quickly begin to mold my chakra as I overtake the lobe. Then several servants appear (in your sight) around you, all start to rush at different times. Then I run around you and as I keep a constant chakra signal I know when to time my throws. As I run around you I throw a kunai at each location that a servant should be. I time one each time I throw it so the kunai should hit you as the servent is striking you, I run around you so I do this at each servant...

Good, remember that that servants move from your location first towards me if you decide to hide kunai in them. As its a short range illusion.

Description: Causes the enemy to see a whirlwind of leaves and a spinning world that puts the enemy to sleep for one turn.
This requires handseals, and again, doesn't require that you opponent sees you. Basically your opponent will start to see the whole world spinning around (which is great because your opponent looses balance, especially if he is running, or preforming some complex taijutsu sequence), and it is followed by a shower of leafs, which blocks his view. Finally, your enemy falls asleep.

What if the opponent uses a high rank taijutsu will this throw him off?

I make focus on the chakra to make everything imitate what you view so your inner ear really thinks you are spinning and it causes a natural reaction to try to catch your balance which actually causes you to lose it since your not actually spinning. Then to add to the confusion I make leafs all over spin like there is a whirlwind of them...all this makes you fall asleep...

Well it doesnt matter if theyre performing high ranked taijutsu, its the fact that you get their attention and you stop them from proceeding with their moves.

Description: Traps the opponent in a illusion were they wonder lost and in a circle for hours.
This manipulates your opponent's sense of direction and the surroundings, so that your opponent ends up making decisions and going through paths that make him wander in circles for hours. This is a really discrete genjutsu, meaning that it takes a long time for your opponents to realize that they're in trouble.
Do you know a way to use this jutsu in battle?

Would this genjutsu work in say a smoke screen or mist without the opponent seeing you? Because this would work great if I could use it when he doesn't see me and he would seem lost and try to look for me...
