Yamato only had a fraction of Hashirama's full power.

We don't know how successful the experiment was at incorporating Hashirama's cells into Danzo's own body. He probably didn't have the full benefits it brings

Its Yamato, not the old guy from Bleach.

Yamato had only a bit of Hashirama's power. I suppose like since Yamato has Hashirama's cells he should have been more powerful. But maybe each cell gives you different benefits or sth? Yamato hasn't shown impressive stamina feats but has Hashirama's Wood Release.
As for Danzo, he put up quite a fight. Sasuke didn't have low chakra and stamina. He has quite high stamina too actually.

yamato is not a weakling...he's part of the anbu squad with wood release...in terms of danzo, even him admitted that hashirama's power is too difficult to control...

Sasuke has good chakra. It's Itachi that doesn't.

Yamato is epic. But yeah his wood element costs a lot of chakra and Hashirama's cells are hard to have control over.
