I start by taking out two shurikens with my right hand and place them on top of each other. Anywhoreee.... Because of the immense amount of Ninjutsu...well...jutsu, i will be doing only a couple of more techniques one at a time. Then i'll change the training up a bit. I just need you both to showcase in the next few techniques your ability to describe and to explain things very well. Also, try to ask questions, thus showcasing you are actually imagining how to use each technique in battle. Kay? ^^
Next one. Simple really but quite tricky to master. Look into each others eyes and release your chakra in such a fierce way that you actually paralyze your opponent's movement.

Ok. Now we will change this a bit. For each technique i post, i'll post a small explanation. Then i want you to read the jutsu and my explanation and post how you think that jutsu will be useful, its limitations and how to counter it. If possible, you may sometimes put an image of it. This way you are actually analyzing the ways to use the jutsu in battle and that is essential.
Now, next ones:
You use your chakra to create a swarm that surround your enemy and confuse him as they block his view of you. The petals are REAL. There is a similar Genjutsu but this one is a Ninjutsu thus the petals are real petals.

Ok. this one was blocked from use in battle but you can still use it to get in and out of battle and for example in the ninja world rp to get to a distant spot. You use a burst of chakra to move at high speeds and you conceal your departure and your arrival with either smoke, leaves, even an elemental burst or substitution.
(Shunshin no Jutsu) - Body Flicker Technique

1st Justu:
*First I concentrate my chakra to gather a swarm of cherry blossoms. Once gathered, I use them to surround and swirl around a clone. This temporarily blinds and confuses the clone*

-Can be blown away by a wind tech

A) (Ninpou: Gekka Bijin)- NinjaArts: Beauty Under the Moonlight
I concentrate my chakra on gathering the cherry blossoms around the floor of the opponent. Once gathered i then send the blossoms spiralling around the clone in all directions.
This will limit there vision, create confusion and disorientate my opponent, allowing me to counter effectivly. This only has a short range which makes it useless until engaged in CQ. Also due to the proberties of the blossoms it can easily be blown away by a wind tech or burn to a cinder by a fire tech. I would counter this by using (Katon: Kimuchi Amura) - Fire Style: Wall of Flames.
B) (Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu) - Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technique
I start by throwing several kunais at my opponent, each with a pouch attached containing small notes. Upon impact the pouches open and release explosive notes into the air around the opponent distracting them momentarily. I then follow up by throwing a single kunai with an active explosive note, upon reaching the other notes around the opponent it explodes setting off a chain reaction of explosions engulfing my opponent.
This jutsu has a combination of moves that an opponent has to deal with, the kunais, distraction from the notes and a huge explosion at the end. This jutsu however takes alot of moves to set up for the best affect which is a downside as an opponent has alot of time to counter. The kunais can be blocked by other kunais and the notes can be blown away. Iwould counter this using (Fūton: Kaze Shingai) - Wind Release: Wind Terror
C) (Shunshin no Jutsu) - Body Flicker Technique
I start by concentrating on building up chakra within myself. Upon compelting that i expell that chakra to propell myself at high speed to a distant point. When i do this i leave behind a cloud of leaves in the position i once stood.
This jutsu is useful for entering and exiting battles but cant be used during a fight as a means of defense or offense. Not sure of an effective counter if im honest :s
Good!!! Don't forget, most of these low rank techniques can be easily noticed and overcome by an experienced ninja. Also, the body flicker's main limitation is that its still movement. Its very fast but its still movement non the less. So you still need to move on a straight line, be affected by gravity, etc etc
This one is using your chakra to enhance your voice and project it in a way that your enemy will perceive it from another completely different direction. I think you both are able to understand where this one can be used...specially with a cool little elemental ninjutsu.
(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique

Description: Forming the needed hand seals, a shinobi can project his voice to a different area to hide their location and the number of allies at their side. It is an excellent complement to stealth tactics.
Again a simple one i think. You use your chakra to conceal your presence in low visibility situations (like hidden mist) or when you surprise your enemy from behind to silently kill your enemy. Now, this does not conceal your chakra nor does it make you invisible. It just diminishes your disturbance in the environment in terms of sound, heat, etc making it so that your enemy will only notice you if he is seeing you directly, if you have a byakugan and if you are a sensor. Its not invincible however, as it won't be that useful if you don't make it so that your enemy doesn't see you. Its quite nice however, to use when you surprise your enemy from behind for example or with the mentioned mist technique.
(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique

This ons is quite more difficult to explain. Well, basically you fill yourself with all the urge to kill your enemy as you mold a massive amount of chakra in such a way that your enemy will actually feel all the negative emotion emanating from you. This will make him feel uncomfortable and fearful and might even make him see visions of his own death and become paralyzed. If you are familiar with bleach this is much like spirit pressure, as in this in the same way the more chakra you have (higher rank) the more powerful your killing intent is. This is basically a declaration of your own power and intention.
(Sakki) - Killing Intent

Description: Killing Intent is simply the user giving off their pure killing intention, and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user
(Utsusemi no Jutsu) - Empty Cicada Shell Technique
I begin to concentrate my chakra in my vocal cords. Once concentrated, I perform several heandseals and use my chakra to send my voice to a different location. I would use this jutsu while I'm hiding to set up a sneak attack.
Advantages:
-Can be used to make a sneak attack
Disadvantages:
-Can be easily seen through by a more experienced ninja
-Requires handseals
Counter:
-Be a ninja of higher rank
-Doujutsu to see where the chakra is coming from
(Muon Satsujin Jutsu) - Silent Homicide Technique
I'd set this jutsu up by making sure the victim can't see much, preferably by creating a mist. Once the mist is created, I use my chakra to conceal my presence. Once I conceal my presence, I sneak up behind the victim silently and kill them.
Advantages:
-Attacks the enemy silently
-Hard to defend (when use with low visibility)
-Conceals presence
Disadvantages:
-Victim needs low visibility for this tech to be effective
-Can be seen with Byakugan
-Can be see with a sensor type
Counter:
-Make sure you can see the user
