i go for team hokage.
1st hokage mokuton jutus and all akatsuki are trapped in wooden cages and branches then 2nd hokage cast infinte dark genjitsu and nobody can see each other. even sharingan proves useless then sarutobi fighing along with enma and killing all weak akatsuki member like hidan,konoan etc etc.
4th hokage then spread kunai all over and FTG and stabbing all akatsuki in back and puting a sealing jutsu in every akatsuki members. naruto and bee casuses havoc in akatsuki by KM and bee tranforming into full 8 tail. naruto spamming multi shadow clones and rashenshuriken planets and he is as fast as his father. while B is spamming TTB 2nd hokage hides inside tsunade's slug and become protected . while 3rd and 4th hokage also causes havoc
tobi is quickly transported into another dimension by kakashi while madara gets easily sealed by minato. itachi gets tired and soon gets blind while sasuke is mistakenly spamming susanoo and amaterasu in his own side.
finally danzo comes and uses izangi and he creats an illusion of crippled akatsuki members and it changes into reality and most akatsuki are crippled then finally he uses shisui's eye to creat kotoakatsukammi and cast it on madara thus making him forget abt his past and causing him to suicide.
finally naruto senses nagato's real address and then everybdy attack nagato and war is over.

BUt i go with the KAGES well mostly because most Akatsuki has been killed by someppl in team hokage,AND team Kages are underrated
