I can agree with the basic idea: Stop the hating, the flaming and the trolling.

But i can't be more clearer than this: 80% of NB are kids. What do you expect? Adult-like behavior from kids? Maturity? Not going to happen.

Also, as for the Staff and senseis, i think you are personalizing the warnings and infractions you receive and trying to generalize as a problem from the whole staff, which isn't completely true.

Staff is made out of people. They are indeed fair and they "rule" with compassion but they are people non the less.

I understand why you want to change something in the forum teno, but most of what you said isn't right or is basically personalized to an extent that makes it useless observations.

And one thing: everyone can come online and complain all they want...but i've yet to see a single viable suggestion to actually make things better. Do you have any?

i rarely get infractions. and when i do. i own up to them. i never do things without knowing the consequences .

and what you said is true. All mods are human. but dont you think for that very same reason some mods might not be fair at times? we all human. we hate, we love, we get annoyed all the same. im talking about 1 in particular. but like i said before. this is not all from me. im just voicing what alot of ppl feel. open up a thread and ask what can we change about Nb. have a Mod. or a well respected sensei do it. and i guarantee you. at least 75% of the things on this list will be mentioned. im willing to bet my premium that people will say it..

i for one dont have no suggestions. but getting insulted by a member atleast once a week and nothing being done about it and i cant say nothing back cause ik if i insult somebody im getting an infraction quicker then most ppl. is getting old real fast. i personally dont care if anything change really. just wanted to state how NB fell. or SOME. if im wrong. i apologize. all i ask for is equality.

Right, so. Your saying the mods and senseis are sexist? Your saying that this is a family forum? Your talking about all these problems? So... if this forum has all these problems, why don't you leave, there is nothing binding you to this forum. I mean if you have a contract then so off so for, go ahead stay. Yet most forums have these problems. Nothing will stop it.

Look at yourself, and look at any other member on the Base that does not get hate.
Here, good example, compare your behavior to the one of Scary Yamato, quite frankly, SY is probably the nicest person of the male gender(and everyone can agree with me) I know on the Base.

What you describe, is your perspective, because you refuse to think logically.
Old Senseis are tired. Buttloading them with VMs won't get you anywhere.
They chose who they want to teach because it is their god damn right.

Mods may be human, but we are fair. All of the current Mods/SMods/Admin work hard and make impartial decisions which are based on the rules and experience. You keep saying you are talking about 1 mod in general but keep refering to us as a whole, which makes me think you have a deeper concern.

there really is no way to "fix" NB. Its internet evolution which will change over time. Basically, its up to each indiviual person to spread love and eliminate hate. and I dont mean eliminate hate by bashing it, because you cant fight hate with hate. Lead by example and other will follow... at least thats what I try to do. Sin is entitled to his opinion as you are entitled to yours, Teno.

It sounds like you are carrying a lot of unnecesary weight on your shoulders. You should let some of it go ^_^ Its a great feeling.

I understand your reasoning to make this thread. raising awareness is a good way to bring issues to attention. I hope we have addressed all of your concernes.

im talking about 1 in paticular. but i say "you guys" cause im not just speaking for my point of view but as a whole. i can asure you that its not you. nor Izuna. im not gonna put nobody out there. b4 i wrote this list i consulted with atleast 5 people. my close and dearest ones and ask what should i put on the list. alot of things they said i had on the list was what they were gonna add. so that kinda solidified that im not the only one. and i swear that. im not gonna call them out cause i dont know if they wanna stay hidden or what. but i have no problem voicing my problems in the public. but i do understand. the weight being lifted off is kinda hard. lol. i have 5 lil bros on this website that i for some reason take very serious. dont know why. :shrug: but i try and mentor and help them as much as possible which most times means helpn them get a sensei. or helping them resolve a problem or big bro come up on the scene xd. i get attached to brothers pretty quick. i even have one of my lil bros on here saying he gonna wait till i become a senpai to learn earth and water. :,) so showing signs of submission isnt my thing. i embrace pain and keep it moven. . thanks SY you really do tell the truth. even when its... Plus reps. I agree with this. If someone ignores me if i request them to make me an avatar(which some did), can i blame them? No. Its their decision, and blaming someone for something like that is downright foolish, and fairly arrogant. The same holds true for sensei's i believe as they ALWAYS choose whom they wish to train or who not to.

No one has the right to force them/pressure them into accepting themselves as their students as you said, its their own God damn business.

but when i adress the whole (Senseis,Mods,RpMods) i dont speak for myself. i may have a problem with sy and somebody else love him and i love izuna and that person hates them. if it dont applys to some1. then no worrys. and im not callen out no names. cause i heard you get infractions for gettn a mod mad or so.
