Um Asuma also has wind element and was one of the twelve guardians who protected the Fire Daimyo. That job isn't given out to punk 16 yo girls. Sakura has her limits, this is one of them.

Sakura, she can easily dodge his attacks and get in range of one punch and he is dead.

This could go either way. Asuma could try all out and win but if he leaves a opening or doesn't watch sakura can kill him. 1 Punch would either kill him or else greatly harm him and her poison kunai alone would most likely kill him in less then 10 minutes is my guess along with paralyzing him. But he can use wind jutsu to blow her back or fire jutsu to burn her hands. But she can just heal herself. So I'm leaning slightly more towards sakura for this battle outcome but it can go either way. All I know is that it could take a while.

Have you ever seen Sakura heal someone? She takes forever. She isn't Tsunade in that she can just magically heal wounds, when healing it takes some time, time in which she would be getting killed.

Asuma is much faster than Sakura and has wind and fire element, and possibly earth I can't remember. He also has trench blades that can extend for a few feet in either direction if he wants, how would Sakura beat that?

She has no ninjutsu, no speed, no real skill in taijutsu, no elements, and has not been shown to be able to summon Katsuya so literally has nothing going for her, this is like Tsunade vs. Jiraiya.

If you don't know of Hidan's immortality of course you are going to lose. Don't use that fight as a basis because Asuma wrecked up on him until he got some of Asuma's blood. I'd like to see Sakura fight Hidan, then we could finally be rid of her.
