Ninja: Ninja or shinobi are are a group of warriors who have the ability to minipulate the elements and fight very well and in real life they were like the samurai of china and were often used for asasanations or escorting the king or lord of the land or country.
Chakra: Chakra is the energy that all shinobi use to preform jutsu and ninjutsu and if it is drained and reduced to zero you will die.
Ninjutsu: Ninjutsu refers to any technique that utilises chakra and allows the user to perform actions that a normal person otherwise would be incapable of doing. Unlike genjutsu, which causes the opponent to experience illusions, the effects of ninjutsu are actual and physical in most cases. Ninjutsu relies on chakra and, most of the time, hand seals to be effective.
The hands are put in sequential positions that moulds and manipulates chakra in the necessary manner to perform a technique. This is not always needed, however, and some techniques become second nature to experienced ninja, after which they can perform them at will. Additionally, many ninjutsu can be classified as an elemental techniques, in those cases where a specific element (wind, water, fire, earth, or lightning) is used. And is said to have been created by the sage of six paths.
Elements: There are five basic types into which the nature of chakra can be transformed, called the Five Elements Nature Transformation. These five types are also called elements and are not only the origin of the names of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, but also the foundation of all elemental ninjutsu. The five basic natures are all connected to each other in a circle, each being weaker than one and stronger than another.
Elemental Ninjutsu: This is Ninjutsu that is combined with the elements which creates a jutsu. This type of ninjutsu is used more often then regular ninjutsu because of the advantages and the elemental part which gives it more power. This ninjutsu was also said to have been created by the sage of six paths.
Genjutsu: Genjutsu is usually an illusion that is formed by the user and sent to the opponent giving him false images which can be used for torture or for battle. Genjutsu is mostly used by the uchiha and their sharingan's some of the most famous users are: Itachi Uchiha, Shisui uchiha, and Danzo
Taijutsu: Taijutsu is the act of fighting with your limbs and hand to hand combat and requires no hand seals or chakra unless you infuse chakra into one of your limbs or use the gates. Taijutsu is mostly used by Might guy and Rock lee and saskue [sort of] and I already named some famous users of taijutsu above so how did I do?

Not bad...since some is copied from Wikia. Lol. Well, A Ninja can still be a ninja if he doesn't use ninjutsu (look at rock lee). Also, chakra is the combination of both spiritual and physical energies. It can, or can't be used in ninjutsu. A person incapable of using ninjutsu still has chakra.
You mixed up Elements with Elemental Releases/Ninjutsu. Wind is the element. Wind release is the elemental ninjutsu. You use your chakra to manipulate the element into an elemental ninjutsu/release. ^^

Before we do start with the molding of chakra and such i need to go through some things first.Sorry I am sort of bad at describing things [which would be bad in a crisis xd] And none I am ready to start my Lightning training hope this is fun
Lightning release techniques are weak against Wind release ones and strong against Earth release ones. Can you tell me why?
Also, by thinking of lightning, what do you think will be more its main use in battle?

Lightning is strong against earth because it can easily travel though it nd break i apart. Lightning is weak against wind because wind is a natural lightning insulater. Lightning's main use will be in Offence because lightning is powerful and can grant the user very fast speed if used right. And I meen come on look at the lightning attacks how much defence attacks do you see? None exactly xd

Now, i need you to meditate and focus on your chakra. Try and make it as vibrant as possible. Make it harsh and wild. Close your eyes. And try it. I'll stand and watch and give you pointers along the way.
Alright" *I sit down and start meditating and Then I start focusing on my chakra how it moves and how I can use it. Then I start focusing on how lightning would be used so I make my chakra flow at fast speeds and into my limbs giving me strength *

" *Sits back down and meditates again but this time I focus on the lightning. How it moves, its power, and why it moves so fast. After I am done focusing on the lightning and how it works I get up and ask you: "Was that good scorps sensei?"Yes yes...quite nice...now, try to use that chakra you just focused to make static bolts of electricity around your hands. It will be hard to manage at first but try and focus enough chakra so that electricity crackles around your hands."Alright scorps sensei

This jutsu can be used to paralyze somebody and can be used to overload a control panel of sorts. This jutsu can be blocked by any wind technique because wind is a lightning insulater. This jutsu can not harm everything though. Like a high ranked earth technique this jutsu would do minimal damage to and if this is used many times by a young ninja it can drain them of chakra.

I now need you to surround your body in electricity. Put a small, non focused layer of electricity on your body by molding the chakra and channeling it into a small burst.
Yes sir." *I say as I focus my chakra to suround my entire body and then I remember how I focused on the lightning and I mold my chakra into a layer of electricity on my body which I release outwards in a small burst of lightning*
