Why is naruto not allowed to fight ?

guys i know that it's the fate of all main characters at some point to receive extreme beat up and look hopeless but at least they try to fight back and do their best but they just can't handle the enemy
but in naruto case it's completly different, the dude is not allowed to even dodge...i was expecting since the begining tobi to own both naruto and bee and i even wished for naruto to get distroyed in this fight(since he was on a winning streak) but this is totally unrealistic
naruto couldnt do anything, completly useless(worse than sakura), he couldn't dodge anything(for someone fast), even flies bites, couldnt even form a rasengan, basically he didnt even try and that just bullshit from kishi's part..that wasnt naruto character in this chapter...what happened to the naruto who charges, get beat up, then stand up, get beat up then stand up again even if he knows the odd were against him but in this chapter naruto totally surrender to tobi w/o even trying crying "oh no im doomed,finished",(what happened to i never give up even when the odd are against me) he didnt even try rasengan w/ chakra arms...
i wanted naruto to get destroyed by tobi in this fight but i didnt expect the way it would be done was going to be this ridiculous
that was totally not naruto's character in this chapter..

maybe kishi is planning something huge.. who knows.. only kishi knows...

i know that naruto in 5 or so chapters is gona look badass and all, that the way shounen work( hero get beat up, look hopeless then bc of smthing he turns into badass mode) but my main complain is they kishi executed this beat up scene, completly unrealistic...main characters always try to fight back even when they cant but still get beat up that the way its usually done, but in this chapter kishi just completly refuse to let naruto even lift a finger or dodge a fly
