Itachi Vs Hashirama READ FIRST

Anyway we havent seen hashirama fight also we have yet to truly seen what a healthy and serious itachi can do.

Also this isnt A> B, therefore A > C. This isnt a logical way for an argument.
You cannot say because hashirama beat madara he can beat itachi.

Firstly their battle style differs.
They dont have the same techniques apart from susanoo
Madara's state of mind at that time was to get his dna, that could also prove vital in a fight, kinda like fighting to capture. Its harder than fighting to kill

why would he be fighting to capure or take his dna when he cuold of killed him and take all the dna he want's... its because he couldan't kill him so he just aimed to scratch him and take a few drops of his blood or something like that...

Anyway what im saying is that different fighting style/ abilities and frame of mind differs, therefore you cannot say because hashirama defeated madara he can beat itachi. Also doubt if madara has legendary weapons or is as smart and strategic thinking as itachi

Haven't seen much from Hashirama but stupid wood jutsu. Itachi wud kill him with an amatarasu, it cud be harder though, but from what i have seen from both, Itachi wins.

They have different fighting styles, hashi took control of 9 tails and he had already fought Madara many times so he knew who he was dealing with. Itachi on the other hand fights differently. We have only seen Hashi fight once and it was lame, on the other hand we have seen Itachi never lose. Even if Hashi did defeat Madara doesn't necessarily mean he beats Itachi. Itachi probably has different abilities like how can Hashi dodge amatarasu and we don't even know bout Madara's genjutsu, so dealing with Itachi is different.

It will definitely be a close call but unless we see more from Hashirama, I am giving this to Itachi.

Hashimara made Bringer of Darkness to fight the Uchihas , all Itachi MS abilities become useless.

Kushina told naruto during the Madara & Hashirama battle that the 1st took control of the Kyuubi, now here is were the translation is unclear to me Mito Uzumaki sealed the Nine tail fox becoming the first 9 Tails Jinchūriki to better Aid Hashirama??? Is that during the fight with Madara or after???If it was during the fight i think they both ganged up on madara 2-1 giving the 1st the win.

If they did both team up on Madara i don't think it was a 1 on 1 battle fair fight kushina stated that Mito was a strong female ninja on top of that born with particularlly strong chakra able to surpress the Kyuubi.

When Madara tryed summoning the Kyuubi he tolded naruto that he'd lend him his chakra to rather not be captured and be controlled by Madara again.

So this is my theory about the Hashirama I think he's strong no doubt about it if he can go heads up with the uchiha clan but I think his fight with Madara was kind of over hyped if you ask me.This what i think what happen Madara & Hashirama were going at it Madara got frustrated and summoned the Nine tails but Hashirama was still putting up a fight. Mito arrives at the valley of end while Madara wasn't able to keep the kyuubi under control much longer so the kyuubi was
A. Took under control by the 1st hokage sealed into Mito and help Hashirama win the fight.

B. Kyuubi was no longer under control knowing that he hated Madara he team up with Hashirama to fight Madara then got duke and sealed after.

C. Kyuubi was no longer under control under madara then was take over by the Hashirama during the fight

Itachi dodges Mokuton and rapes with Genjutsu when he gets within range. If it's not that simple, Shodai's lack of knowledge would probably give him a false sense of security when making eye-contact with Itachi, and he'd eat a Tsukuyomi. If for whatever reason that somehow doesn't cut it, there's still two or three more Amaterasu and Susano'o to worry about. Katon also helps against Mokuton, especially Amaterasu.

we havent seen hashirama fight, so how can we answer this? saying he beat madara isnt a good enough argument for several reasons:

1. according to what has been revealed so far in the manga, madara was just fighting for DNA, not really to kill

2. madara got his strongest abilities after the fight(rinnegan) and couldnt have a re-match due to death

3. hashirama seems to only have a lot of power when in control of the fox
