2.Contact For Ban Members :This matter has been brought up separate times let there be an invisible or pass worded section of naruto base forum which only banned accounts can come to plea or contact members it has been observed that when one is banned the contact button to the site leaders just take you back to the home page and the address of the site which is sent to your msn or mail Is not to be replied to thus the need for this, also promotes the safety of nb and its members because the user account which is banned will be peacefully able to go to or contact the moderator super moderator or administrator or site head who made the ban.
3.Update list: List such as the sensei list should be updated some sempai and sensei who are no longer one are still on the list while some which are ,are not on the list..................
4.One piece :A one piece role playing should be set up this is as a result of that most members or some members of this site are not really interested or merely disgusted by the sense of role playing this will enable them to pick from any of the categories as if a user may not like to do role playing in one piece he can choose the bleach anime or naruto which this site is based on.

The normal rules still apply to make a normal biography you need 50 posts to do and you cant post your bio in the bio section although this only applies for normal characters such as nami ussop and the cook other special biographies may have separate restrictions.

Just as in normal naruto techniques and character which have biographies One piece will entail that to so for special bios conditions or restrictions will be given.
Devil fruit
This like Kg are special abilities particular to a specific person only one person can have this and since there is no family member who have it the biography must be of the same character and there are no personal characters with Kg.

One can make a group with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 other one piece role players who join together to make a pirate crew the concept is gotten from naruto ninja villages only differences is the digits or size numbers.
Marine
This will be the enforcers and will have special powers and authorities from moderators and government (lol) they will have the right to challenge a pirate and his crew their numbers have no bounds.
Weapons
You may have specific weapons accompanied to characters such as useful gun and its powder and rubber band and nami atmospheric weapon.

5.Invisible mode: There is nothing special on this matter and on several other social networking site bigger than the base it is implemented there should be an invisible mode option active to all members of the forum not discriminating or excluding sensei ,sempai or premium users this will give nb members a sense of privacy and some may say security.
6.New awards: There should be new awards implemented such as
Role player of the month; This will be based on role playing skills and progression in training and son this is mainly to support new role players and give them the determination to move forward when mr bolt see mr scorps or any other member being given this award him too will strive for this also helps improves one knowledge of role playing as those who strive or are given the awards due to their performance in the battle arena and training ground and even wars will have a far much experience than a normal or new role player.
Biography of the month: This is only in role play and is based mostly on the design a amount of names of the user will be submitted by caliburn or any moderator and there will be public voting and who so ever wins like any other award will be rewarded with a user name change or kumis or loads extra this will help naruto base members strive for better performance and designing of bios and thus leave the moderators with less work for example when moderator zenkroyou see a good bio with all rules observed he will be able to move on to the next bio this will in time speed the amount of bios that is being checked and allow hungry new and old role players to use this biography

7.Naruto Base Presents: This is just for peace (LMAO) there should be special occasion such as Christmas and thanks giving and maybe Halloween or special events in rl that moderators give presents to naruto base accounts such as kumi or presents this is a good system as it is fun and cyber care loving.
