Sound is faster than lightning and the fact that Sasuke was a kid and had the speed to move Naruto and Sakura way was pretty impressive. But then again A was right in the face of the attack. So who do you think was more badass in their speed?

your confusing light with lightning. lightning is a conversion of light and energy. when its lightning outside the sky will light up in the clouds way before you actually see lightning itself.
