From what weve seen from his he cannot. Saying that tbb takes long to materialise, also lets not forget he fought and captured the 4th tailed by himself
It takes a shourt abount of time to gather the chakra, but he can just re aim it at Kisame again. Kisame is nowhere near fast enough to out run a TBB
I dont think a TBB takes that long, everytime we have seen a Bijuu do a TBB it has never been interrupted.

no he cant re-aim it...it's not lkie he can gather it in his mouth and keep it in ball form there then aim, he gotta aim first...but the attack does have a very wide range of impact. all kisame has to do is get out of that range in time, which shouldn't be difficult depending on his distance away form the 8tails.
nope, when naruto fox mode did that to pain, the ball was formed and was held there in place before he shot the blast. look at the anime, it shows it more clearly..or was it the manga..well either way, it shows that the attack can be aimed before fired
He just needs to glance at Kisame and then shoot, it doesnt take much time. Anyway, from the distance they were fighting in Kisame wouldn't be able to get out of range in time. There is no way.

Tbb takes long, evident in the bee vs taka fight. Also samahada should absorb tbb whislt in the process of forming. Tbb is basically a highly condensed chakra in the shape of a ball.
If kisame can get his samahada to absorb tbb whilst forming that cancels the technique xd
j man will win this....if he has no will to kill he is sloppy...like when fighting oro...
but when serious he took out 3 paths of pein...so if jiraya has the intent to kill i think he can kill/defeat kisame but it will be with very high difficulty

Tailed beast Version 2 (naruto 4 tails/6tails ect) is different from the Full Tailed beast mode. look at when the Kyuubi attacked Konoha, he couldn't aim it after it was formed..even when he was fighting naruto/ Bee vs sasuke.
even if he dosent, Samehada can suck up a good amout of it, being that it's purely Chakra.

Hmm, I don't think Samehada would be able to absorb chakra from that distance, he needs to be right up close to it. Plus I dont think it would be able to absorb all of it, it seems like alot.
Kisame has to be right infront of the 8 tails' face to absorb the chakra, plus it shouldnt be able to absorb all of it anyway.

Samahada can surely absorb all of it. Do you know how much chakra it absorbed from Bee.
Also as i said if kisame can get close to bee to swing samahada it should devour this chakra ball.
Anyway even if bee went 8 tails, kisame has shown to be the perfect person for capturing jinchurickis. He would still win imo

So, why wouldnt the full formed kyuubi be able to hold the ball in his mouth and aim with it?
If gama wasnt on him he could easily move his head around and just wait to blast somebody with it. And if kisame is in range, Kisame isnt dodging NO tailed beast bomb, and tailed beast bomb takes seconds to form.
