That is all speculation mate, Itachi is my favourite character but without Sharingan he couldn't take down those S-Rank ninja I listed. He would only have Fire and Water style Jutsu... Don't forget that Sharingan gives a large boost to Speed.

Minato's teleportation costs no Chakra right? He is smart enough to use that his advantage and counter Itachi's Tsukuyomi by Teleport spamming from the start avoiding to be hit by both Tsukuyomi and Sword of Totsuka while also setting up a teleportation to get inside Susanoo by passing Yata Mirror and landing lethal hits on Itachi.

That is an assumption, but a very likely one.

Unless we get more information on wether Minato is strong or weak vs Genjutsu we can't know for sure, but so far I think he can use this as a counter.

Secondly are you retarded, what do you mean by minato would bypass the yata mirror and land a hit on itachi. You do know that susanoo itself is one of the best defences out there. Minato isnt coming in susanoo

Sword of Totsuka is the only 100% 1 shot attack in the manga, FTG isn't.

Sword of Totsuka is quite long, mid range weapon and it is extremely fast. It is liquad etheral weapon, it forms without ressistance of air etc.

I already listed which people can out speed it in the OP.

Orochimaru fled because he was no match for the Sharingan. Itachi had his MS so had an every high advantage that could kill Orochiamaru or end the battle in a stalemate. Itachi couldn't stand a chance if he were to battle a Sannin without his Sharingan. The only reason he could was beacuse of the Plot or his MS abilities. If it wasn't for it he would be just any other ninja.

Probably, but being that he always resort to Sharingan and Fans overrating his abilities give me doubts that he can't be stronger without Sharingan. Same goes for Kakashi or Minato and their abilities.
